I scribbled this down this morning. It’s not polished or edited, it is as I wrote it. Maybe it’s just for me, a reminder of what’s important, a reminder of what I need to do to get where I need to be. I am sharing it regardless.

We need to shift our lives and shift our focus. We need God to come down. Our focus should be Him, nothing else. Nothing else in this world is of more importance than God coming down. Our energy, our time, our focus must be The Lord and Reaching His heart, chasing after Him, following Him, serving Him. We need to shift all of our focuses and rearrange all of our priorities. Nothing is more important. Nothing will provide any better results. If God comes down everything gets better. The more of God you have the more life you have to give away.
This doesn’t mean that you neglect your responsibilities or family, or that you can’t have nice things, or never go out to eat, or do away with having fun, or going shopping, or even lock yourself in a closet and pray endlessly, etc.
This means redirect all of your extra time and energy spent on worthless things that perish. On worthless attitudes and desires, and causes. We have so much extra that we waste. Stop focusing on what the world is or isn’t doing, stop being so consumed with the world around you. It’s time to shift our hearts, shift our focus, shift our desires, shift our efforts.
So many are trying to find a way to do less, but we must sacrifice more, offer more, give more of ourselves when we can. But you say, “Oh, well I need balance in my life. You’re being mean making me do all this. We shouldn’t go to church so much, we need to invest in our families into ourselves, we need our own time”
You’re missing it. You don’t take away from what’s important you take away from what’s not important.
Our lives are so full of non important, non essential things. Our lives are overflowing with things that are useless and just steal and rob from us. Your time and effort will go somewhere, make sure it’s going where it can produce and return good. Everyone can do something more, make the effort.
So many people today are hurting or in serious situations. So many people need so much. Good people , bad people it doesn’t matter. We all need God to come down and be in our midst. We need Him to be close. The best I can do for my friends and family and others right now is get my head on straight, get my heart cleaned up and run hard after God. Pursue Him until He stops and takes notice. In fact, the more you pour yourself into God the better you can be for your family. Life will be better.
Nothing in this world means more than reaching God right now.
Nothing means more than God being able to be on display in our lives, our churches, our homes.
Nothing means more than to focus on God and enable His kingdom, His will, His purpose to be more active in us. To narrow our lives, to cut away the excess, to focus on Him. Nothing will help your family and friends more than this.
You want to see good, you want to see your friends and family healthy and prosperous, you want to live a good life full of love and riches. You want to invest in your family? Then shift your life now, shift your focus now, shed what needs to be shed and pour yourself into God. Get rid of bad attitudes, of selfishness, of darkness, shift your focus to the Lord towards Heaven. Shed all the encumbrances that keep you weighted down, that keep you from being effective with God.
Stop looking at yourselves and start looking towards God heart. How can you give more, spend more, do more for Him. But you say “oh I’m just too tired to worn out”. Stop investing your efforts into things that just drain, invest Into what brings life. By investing in life you can have more life to offer.
Get rid of what steals and fill it with what builds up and does good.
Need to fight harder so that Gods kingdom can advance in my life.
Redirect priorities, redirect what’s important.
We need to become people that people can run to.
Give away more of who we are so that God can become more of who He is in us.
Need to be in my place, on my mark, back on track with God
